The floor, crafted with cast-in-place Terrazzo, adds a touch of sophistication and durability. The reception area, constructed in concrete, creates an impressive and modern entrance. The natural coffered ceiling has been preserved, complemented by spiral ductwork for optimal ventilation.

The boardroom, serving as a central element, separates the private offices from the general office area and serves as a focal point for important meetings. Additionally, it features a kitchen area for convenience. The four private offices offer a quiet space for individual work.

The use of glass partitions has been maximized to provide stunning views of the city, creating a stimulating and modern work environment that fosters productivity and collaboration.
