A maintenance project was carried out at a restaurant, focused on preserving its industrial charm. The restoration included all metalwork such as gates, doors, and handrails, as well as maintenance of the HVAC ducts. Additionally, a concrete bench was designed and built outside, complemented by industrial-style planters to enhance the atmosphere. These changes were made with the intention of harmonizing with the aesthetics of the warehouse, dating back to the 1960s, where the restaurant is located. The project resulted in a successful restoration that highlights the restaurant’s uniqueness and style.
